Intro

Oldham KupplungOldham Kupplungen, auch Kreuzscheibenkupplungen genannt, sind ideale Verbindungsglieder zwischen hochdynamischen Servomotoren und Positioniersystemen. Kreuzscheibenkupplungen bestehen aus jeweils zwei Aluminiumnaben mit Ansätzen, die in eine Kunststoff-Übertragungsscheibe eingreifen. Durch die leichtgängige relative Bewegung der Naben zueinander werden Verlagerungen bei sehr geringer Belastung der Lager ausgeglichen. Oldham Kupplungen sind darüber hinaus elektrisch isolierend, haben eine geringe Trägheit und sind konstruktionsbedingt ausgewuchtet für den Einsatz bei hohen Drehzahlen. Kreuzscheibenkupplungen sind besonders geeignet für den Ausgleich von Parallelverlagerungen, weisen aber auch eine geringe Winkel- und axiale Verlagerungskapazität auf.

Oldhamkupplungen werden in sieben Baugrößen, in Gewindestiften- oder Klemmnabenausführung und mit Bohrungen von 3 bis 25 mm angeboten. Die Naben sind für eine bessere Gleitfähigkeit und längere Lebensdauer eloxiert. Die auswechselbaren Übertragungsscheiben sind in zwei Werkstoffen für verschiedene Anwendungen erhältlich: Nylonscheiben wirken schwingungs- und geräuschdämpfend, während Acetalscheiben hohe Drehmomente präzise und spielfrei übertragen. Die auswechselbaren Scheiben der Oldhamkupplung können auch als Drehmomentbegrenzer eingesetzt werden.
